การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดทำแบบบันทึกผลการเรียนประจำรายวิชา โรงเรียนประภัสสรรังสิต

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหา 2) พัฒนา 3) ทดลองใช้ และ 4) ประเมินความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดทำแบบบันทึกผลการเรียนประจำรายวิชา โรงเรียนประภัสสรรังสิต โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยดำเนินการเป็น 4 วงรอบ ประกอบด้วยการปฏิบัติงาน 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) planning 2) action & observation และ 3) reflection กลุ่มเป้าหมายมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 11 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ ประเด็นสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินผลการทดลองใช้คู่มือ/ทดลองใช้โปรแกรม และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยข้อมูล 2 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (content analysis) ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ซึ่งสรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้
1. การศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำแบบบันทึกผลการเรียนประจำรายวิชา พบว่า สภาพปัญหาที่พบเจอในปัจจุบันครูผู้สอนต้องทำการบันทึกผลการเรียนทุกรายวิชาของนักเรียนทุกคนลงในแบบบันทึกผลการเรียนในรูปแบบของเล่มสมุด จึงทำให้เกิดปัญหาหลายประการ จากปัญหาดังกล่าว ผู้วิจัยจึงทำการสอบถามถึงแนวทางในการพัฒนาในส่วนนี้ จึงได้ข้อสรุปแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหามา 2 แนวทาง คือ 1) การสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลและข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมก่อนการพัฒนานวัตกรรม และ 2) ศึกษานำร่องการพัฒนานวัตกรรม เพื่อลดขั้นตอนในการทำงานทะเบียนวัดผล
2. การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดทำแบบบันทึกผลการเรียนประจำรายวิชา พบว่า ผลจากการสังเคราะห์ในวงรอบที่ 1 ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดองค์ประกอบตามกระบวนการสังเคราะห์จากวงรอบที่ 1 โดยมีองค์ประกอบสำคัญ คือ 1) เกณฑ์การประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 2) ตัวชี้วัด/ผลการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 3) แบบฟอร์มกรอกคะแนนและเวลาเรียน 4) แบบฟอร์มกรอกคะแนนกลางภาค-ปลายภาค 5) สมรรถนะผู้เรียน 6) แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ และ 7) ขั้นตอนการพิมพ์บันทึกผลการเรียน โดยโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และผลการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญตามความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบในการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
3. การทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการจัดทำแบบบันทึกผลการเรียนประจำรายวิชา จากการประเมินผลการทดลองใช้คู่มือ/ทดลองใช้โปรแกรมในภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
4. การประเมินความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดทำแบบบันทึกผลการเรียนประจำรายวิชา จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก
