การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะการพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุของนักเรียนพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลการวัดสมรรถนะนักเรียนพยาบาลวิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก ด้านการพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุ กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก จำนวน 121 คน ใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามชั้นปี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจำนวน 59 ข้อ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 4 คน และมีค่าความเที่ยงตั้งแต่ .776 ถึง .899 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติบรรยาย การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับสอง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะด้านการพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุ มีจำนวน 4 องค์ประกอบ 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ 1) ความสามารถด้านความเข้าใจบุคคลและเหตุการณ์ 2) ความสามารถในการให้การพยาบาล 3) ความสามารถด้านการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และ 4) ความสามารถด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรค แต่ละองค์ประกอบ ประกอบด้วย 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ โมเดลองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะด้านการพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุ ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับสองพบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (= 48.250, p=.054, df=34,
/df=1.419, CFI=.996, NFI=.986, NNFI=.993, RMSEA=.059) ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยพบว่า ความสามารถด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคเป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีน้ำหนักสูงที่สุด (B =.979) ในขณะที่ความสามารถด้านความเข้าใจบุคคลและเหตุการณ์เป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีน้ำหนักต่ำที่สุด (B =.741)
