The Evaluation System Development of AIDS Prevention and Control Project Based on Theory-Driven Evaluation and Outcome Mapping

บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of this research were to develop the AIDS prevention and
control project based on theory-driven evaluation and outcome mapping. The
findings of research were as follows ;
1. The process of AIDS prevention and control project was done by the
administrator, responsible, multidisciplinary and the networks consisting of school,
local government and NGO. The public health office has different evaluation that
depend on their context.
2. Sustainable success of AIDS prevention and control project system
has depend on collaboration between government sector and civil society by the
person who was the leader that consisting of ; AIDs management knowledge,
understanding the context of network community and school, guide and lead
others and data management for improvement through the monitoring and
evaluation process in order that project must related with the area context, the
potential of service provider and community way of life.
3. The system of AIDS prevention and control project consisting of 3
sub-systems ; (1) Planning (2) Monitoring (3) Evaluating and 3 measures ;
(1)Supportive (2) Instrument (3) Program theory.
4. Stakeholders have knowledge increased. The system of AIDS
prevention and control project was utility, feasibility, property and accuracy
