บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลงานทางวิชาการของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยศึกษาจากผลงานที่ปรากฏในฐานข้อมูลสากล Scopus, Web of Science และฐานข้อมูลจากกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาในระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2558-2562 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือบุคลากรสายวิชาการจำนวน 189 คน ปัจจัยที่ศึกษาคือเพศ อายุ ภาควิชา (พรีคลินิก/คลินิก) ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ตัวแปรตามคือการตีพิมพ์ผลงานวิจัยในวารสารวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ และผลงานที่ได้รับการจดทะเบียนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา จากการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกส์แบบไบนารี พบว่า ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการมีผลต่อการตีพิมพ์ผลงานวิจัยในวารสารวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลงานที่ได้รับการจดทะเบียนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา คือ ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ อายุ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 การศึกษานี้สามารถนำมาเป็นข้อมูลในการทำวิจัยและสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนความก้าวหน้าของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ รวมถึงใช้ประกอบการขอรับพิจารณาแต่งตั้งบุคคลให้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางวิชาการที่สูงขึ้นได้ในอนาคต
