The data analysis employed basic statistics, item analysis and reliability. The findings were as follows:
1) The English proficiency tests for graduate students, Roi Et Rajabhat University had the quality of the overall usefulness at a good level ( = 4.26, S.D. = 0.75), and had the quality of the aspects as follows: (1) the construct validity was at a good level ( = 4.32, S.D. = 0.13), (2) the impact was at a good level ( = 4.27, S.D. = 0.64), (3) the authenticity was at a good level ( = 4.22, S.D. = 0.84), (4) the reliability was at a good level ( = 4.19, S.D. = 0.43), (5) the Inter-activeness was at a good level ( = 4.18, S.D. = 0.09), and (6) practicality was at a good level ( = 4.14, S.D. = 0.45).
2) The objective test items (reading skills) consisted of 2 packages. The 1stpackage comprised 40 quality items and had the difficulty index between 0.50 - 0.76, the discrimination was between 0.49-0.73, and the reliability coefficient (KR-20) was at 0.83. The 2nd package comprised 40 quality items and had the difficulty index between 0.54-0.79, the discrimination was between 0.51-0.87, and the reliability coefficient (KR-20) was at 0.82.
