Relationship between Team Work and Academic Administration of School in the Office of Kalasin Educational Service Area 3.

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to Study the levels of team work,
academic administration and Relationships of team work and academic
Administration of School in the Office of Kalasin Educational Service Area 3. The
samples of this study 328 teachers in the Office of Kalasin Educational Service
Area 3. There were selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument for
data collection was Structure the 5 rating scales questionnaires. The statistic used
for data analysis was percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s
correlation coefficient.
The result of this research found as the followings;
1. School in the Office of Kalasin Educational Service Area 3. The
level of teamwork the overall was a high level. When each it was found that
team work was at a high level for all aspects ranking respectively from the
highest to the lowest as follows : Participation, Respect, Relationship, Having the
same goals, Trust, Human relations and Open communication.
2. School in the Office of Kalasin Educational Service Area 3. The
level of academic administration the overall was a high level. When each it was
found that academic administration for all aspects ranking respectively from the
highest to the lowest as follows : Learning process development, Monitoring
within education, Course development and Quality Assurance in Education.
3. The team work related to the academic administration of School
in the Office of Kalasin Educational Service Area 3. At the significant level of .01
and .05 with medium Positive relation.
