Abstract
The important thing of education management is the curriculum. The curriculum is
the whole of the experiences which the government, the educator, the instructor and others
people have provided for the students to study. The curriculum is aimed to develop and
encourage the students to have the most knowledge, the skills of using and applying the
best activities in daily life. This research aimed to 1) study the basic data 2) construct the
curriculum and 3) study the effectiveness of using of the curriculum. The sample were two
groups like these; group 1 is the group of studying the basic data that composts of 3 educators
and 3 luminaries, 3 pundits, 3 office committees of Luekamharnvarinchamrab school, 3
students’ fathers or mothers, this group is special selecting group. Group 2 is the experimental
group that consists of 42 Matthayomsuksa 1 students, in the second semester of the
academic year 2012 of Luekamharnvarinchamrab school, selected by the cluster random
sampling . The instruments used were; an achievement test; a 40 –item achievement
test with discriminating power ranging 0.27–0.73, difficulties ranging at 0.36 – 0.81 and
a reliability at 0.93 and a social skill test a 30 –item with discriminating power (t 25%)
ranging at 0.760– 4.473 and a reliability at 0.92. Data were analyzed using mean, standard
deviation and percentage. The results were found that 1) there were the integratism and the
theory of psychology such as the theory of the developmental psychology of child
and adolescence, the social learning theory of Bandura and the theory of the development
of personality of Ericson were used to construct the Isan local wisdom curriculum 2)
there were 6 elements; the principle, the objective, the course details, the activity, the media,
and the evaluation. There were 5 units; the Isan Ritual, the legend of Moalam, Phaya, the
ancient of Isan candle, and the aesthetical of Isan lullabies, 3) after used the curriculum, it
was found that the learning achievement score was 81.98 and the social skills score
was 82.22 percent.
