Abstract
Quality of work life is particularly important in the workplace because they are a
vital resource as valuable social capital. The build quality of work life, it is necessary and
important. The purposes of this research was to study factors that influence the quality of
working life of teachers educational service area office 3 and to develop and validate the
model's factors quality of working life of teachers educational service area office 3. Sample
used in study was 650 teachers in educational service area office 3. Year 2555, which is
derived by means of random number of steps (Multi-Stage Random) 650 . The instruments
used were measure of the quality of working life and measure factors that affect the quality
of working life of teachers. The discrimination was No.1 from .25 to .98. No.2 from .33 to
.98 and the reliability was .977, .974 data analysis using path analysis (Path Analysis) model
with latent variables. The statistics used for analyzing data were Multi-Group Structural Equation
Model with Latent variable.
The results of study were as follow :
Factors that directly influence the quality of working life of teachers background
factors, school factors and community factors..
The model was valid with the empirical data, which determined from the
results of 2= 41.08, df = 67, 2/df = .613, p = .995, CFI = 1.00, GFI = .994, AGFI = 0.979,
RMSEA = .019 respectively. All of the variables could explained 88.00
In conclusion, the causal factors influencing quality of working life of teachers
educational service area office 3 were school factors, background factors and Community
factors. Administrators and organization of such factors should be taken to improve the
quality of working life of teachers.
