Abstract

National development requires resources in a society. Most important resource is
human resources. Every society has made every effort to provide the highest quality human
resources. The mission of the society is currently experiencing both economic and political.
Through the training process. Lecture called "education" is important because the addition
to producing individuals. To meet the needs of society, but also serves to push society to
develop in the direction is desirable. This research aims 1) to study and explore the problem.
Assessment, measurement and evaluation of learning. Auban Sri Prachanukul School. 2) to
develop a system to measure and evaluate learning in Auban Sri Prachanukul School.
Assessment using the power 3) to compare the development of measurement and
evaluation of learning in kindergarten personnel, Sri Prachanukul before and after using the
