Abstract
This research aims 1) to analyze the performance indicator of information technology
and communication (ICT) in the 21st century of teachers under the jurisdiction of primary
education at Mukdahan 2) to analyze model the performance indicator information technology
and media (ICT) in the 21st century. The Samples in the research ,the first samples are
experts information technology and communication In order to analyze the performance
and technology Communication (ICT) in the 21st century, the samples used to Confirmatory
Factor Analysis (CFA) of 539 people. They were selected Stratified Random Sampling was
used 1) questionnaire submitted for expert second a competency in Information Technology
and communication in the 21st century. The statistics used to analyze the data are frequency
distribution Median range between quartiles of average and standard deviation Correlation
and Confirmatory factor analysis using software packages.
The results showed that 1) The analysis of performance indicators and information
technology Communication (ICT) in the 21st century under the jurisdiction of teacher at the
primary education at Mukdahan. The Performance indicators Information technology and
communication (ICT) have 55 indicators in the 21st century The competencies include the
knowledge, skills and competencies 19 Indicators 24 indicators and performance 12 attitude
indicator. 2) The analysis of the model indicates performance information technology and
communication (ICT) in the 21st century of teachers under the jurisdiction of primary
education Mukdahan is positive since the third side. 478 to .969 with statistically significant
at the .01 level. All the index Level harmony between models with empirical data. The chi -
square value of 125.194. Seems to be equal. 4531 degrees of freedom (df) equal to 124 the
CFI = 1.000 the TLI = 1.000. The RMSEA = .004 SRMR = .031, indicating that the model has
validity.
