Abstract

This research aims to 1) examine the current situation and problems in The
participation for teachers in academic administration under the office of udonthani
educational service area4 2) Comparing as model with the participation of teachers in
basic educational administration. Based on the opinions of administrators and teachers

teachers responsible for academic affairs of schools and head of departments. Step 3

model to proceed in Focus group (Focus group Discussion) by a joint group consisting
of 3 educational administrators, 3 school administrators and 3 teachers responsible for

for academic affairs of schools. Collecting data were 5-level rating scale questionnaire
