Promote Love Unity And Harmony for The Stability of Institution And Governance In The Regime Democracy With The King as Head of State

Abstract

The research objectives were to study 1)  the factors affecting the promotion of love and unity for the stability of institution and the democratic governance with the king as the head of state,  2) a model for promoting love and unity among the people in Chaiyaphum Province  and  3) the problems and obstacles in promoting love and unity among the people in Chaiyaphum Province and to find solutions by interviewing 100 samples  using specific random sampling.

The research results found that:

1.The factors affecting the promotion of love and unity for the stability of institution and the democratic governance with the king as head of state include knowledge and understanding of the democratic regime with the King as Head of State, direct past experience of each individual, unity in organizations and departments, cooperation, popularity, organizational communication, attitude, motivation, leadership, optimism, sacrifice, rights, freedom, duties, independence in expressing opinions, strengthening democratic governance and dissemination of information.

1. The formats for promoting love and unity of the people in Chaiyaphum Province include meetings to brainstorm opinions, training to provide correct understanding, enforcing the measures such as laws, discussions, and implementation of projects or activities in the community, allowing the local communities to carry out various operations, participate in policy decisions related to their own way of life and the community and managing with good governance.
2. The problems and obstacles in promoting love and unity among the people in Chaiyaphum Province and the solutions include the lack of correct knowledge and understanding and the lack of good attitude which can be solved by providing knowledge and understanding, favoritism and the patronage system which can be solved by doing activities or projects together and using the merit system instead of the patronage system.
