SCENARIO OF EDUCATIONAL ORIENTATION OF INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL STUDIES, RAMKHAMHAENG UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The goal of the study is to examine the educational management scenario and educational orientation of Ramkhamhaeng University's Institute of International Studies (IIS). The study used both qualitative research and EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research). The researcher selected seventeen academics from Ramkhamhaeng University's Institute of International Studies who were experts in the field of education. The snowball method is also used by experts in the selection process. The following are the research findings: 1) With regard to the educational orientation of Ramkhamhaeng University's Institute of International Studies, it seems that employees were involved in the process and that IIS adhered to a predetermined management pattern. IIS has the potential to develop into a global university. However, there aren't many departments available. 2) With regard to the educational orientation of Ramkhamhaeng University's Institute of International Studies, it is discovered that one aspect of the policy needs to be developed for human resources by providing employees with the opportunity to continuously enhance their knowledge and skills in order to increase the effectiveness of their work. In terms of academic issues and curriculum, IIS must modify its curriculum to accommodate Thai and foreign students. Additionally, curriculum must be established to be current and courses must be delivered in accordance with the demands of the labor market. In terms of the physical aspect, the IIS environment must be improved in order to support students' educational orientation.
