CHALLENGES AND APPROACHES IN APPLYING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) TO MODERN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION

This academic article aims to present concepts for modern educational administration in response to the challenges faced by educational leaders in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It emphasizes the need for new ways of thinking, practical approaches, and proactive strategies to manage education in a rapidly changing context. Key aspects include emerging leadership trends in AI-driven educational management, the role of AI in education, paradigm shifts in educational practices, strategic thinking for problem-solving and decision-making, the development of both backward and forward integration in management, and proactive policy implementation tailored to each institution. Additionally, the article highlights the importance of maintaining academic ethical awareness to protect the risk from the deviation to analyze the data and to be potential to truly enhance the education quality.
