Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the academic management environment to improve the quality of early childhood education. 2) Create an academic management strategy to improve the quality of early childhood and 3) Presenting and evaluating academic management strategies to improve the quality of early childhood education. It can modernize and respond to the needs of early childhood children and personnel very well, and the opportunity is in the socio-cultural and technological aspects because early childhood children are supported and promoted by teachers. Parents and the community in developing various skills that aim to promote the development of the four areas to be developed appropriately according to their age, with the community cooperating in organizing activities of the school in all aspects. There are network partners who jointly promote and solve problems of early childhood and develop technology to further develop learning experiences.
