MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR ETHNIC DIVERSE COMMUNITIES THROUGH INNO-LIFE CULTURAL

Abstract

The objectives of the research were 1. to study the conditions of ethnic diverse communities through Inno-Life cultural. 2. to develop management model. and 3. to assess and certify management model. It was a mixed-methods research. The sample group used in the quantitative research was 379 people in Suan Phueng District Ratchaburi Province and the sample group used in the qualitative research consisted of 10 community leaders and people in Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province. The tools used are questionnaires, interviews, and formative assessments. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis and quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistics and exploratory factor analysis.

          The research results found that: 1. The community conditions of Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province still have a combination of the traditional way of life of the villagers and economic development from tourism. The majority of the population is ethnic Karen who have adjusted their way of life according to the changing social and economic conditions. However, they still try to conserve nature and local culture sustainably and remain with their own ethnicity. 2. The management model for ethnic diverse communities through Inno-Life cultural has 4 steps: community study, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. 3. The evaluation results of the appropriateness of the community management model are at the highest level and the feasibility of the community management model is at a high level.
