THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE 21ST CENTURY LEADERSHIP SKILL BASED ON IDDHIPADA 4 OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR OF NOPPITAM EDUCATION QUALITY NETWORK UNDER NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

Abstract

This research article aims to Study 1) to study The 21st century leadership skills of school administrators in the Noppitum Education Quality Network under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4., 2 to study the guidelines for development of the 21st century leadership skills of school administrators based on Iddhipada 4 of, Noppitum Education Quality Network under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4., and 3) present the development guidelines for leadership skills in the 21st century leadership skills of school administrators based on Iddhipada 4 of Noppitum Education Quality Network under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. This is a qualitative research study, collecting data through in-depth interviews with 15 relevant individuals, in-depth interviews with 5 experts to draft development approaches, and focus group discussions with 7 specialists to assess feasibility, appropriateness, and usefulness. Qualitative data analysis was conducted using content analysis, discussions, and descriptive writing.

               The research results were found as follows:- 1) The State of 21st-Century Leadership Skills School administrators in the Noppitum Education Quality Network under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4., face limitations in technological skills and adapting to changes in the digital age. Additionally, communication skills between administrators, teachers, and staff lack systematic organization and are insufficient, impacting teamwork and long-term goal setting. Administrators need to utilize a diverse range of management skills, including: Communication skills, Creative thinking skills, Visionary skills, Teamwork skills, Technological skills These are essential for creating effective changes that meet the needs of both personnel and students.

               2) Guidelines for developing leadership skills in the 21st century by applying the Four Iddhipada principles, which focus on achieving success in life and work. These principles consist of: Chanda (satisfaction in work), Viriya (perseverance and determination), Citta (attentiveness to work), and Vimamsa (critical reflection and analysis). These form the foundation for cultivating quality leadership skills in the 21st century, focusing on five key competencies: Communication skills, Creative thinking,

Visionary skills, Teamwork skills, and Technological skills

               3) The presentation of guidelines for developing 21st-century leadership skills based on the Four Iddhipada principles is feasible, appropriate, and beneficial for enhancing the leadership skills of educational administrators in alignment with these principles.
