FACTORS AFFECTING ADMINISTRATIVE SUCCESS OF MORAL SCHOOL UNDER NAKHON RATCHASIMA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 5

The purposes of this research were 1) to study The management factors of the administration under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5; 2) to Study of success in the management of Moral School under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 ; 3) to Study the relationship of success factors in the management of the Moral School under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 and 4) to build the prediction of factors that affecting to the successful management of the Moral School under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The sample used in the research were 479 administrators and teachers, formulating by the sample size table of Taro Yamane were collected by the stratified and simple random sampling techniques. The instrument utilized for data collection was 5 - rating scale questionnaire with the IOC 0.60-1.00, discrimination between 0.340-0.522, and the reliability of the predictor variable is 0.899 and the reliability of the criterion variable is 0.939. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. Hypothesis testing by using Pearson Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression.The results showed that 1) The Moral school management factor under the Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area Office 5, overall, is the highest. 2)The Success in the management of the school and morality of the school administrator. of executives under the Office of Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, overall, is at the highest level. 3) There was a positive correlation between factors that affect the success of moral school management. of executives under the Office of Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 at the highest level, statistically significant at .01 level. 4) Management factors that affect the success of moral school management of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area Office, District 5, bring all 3 variables: (X1) a person's factor (X2) Environmental factors (X3) Policy and Practice Factors. Enter the regression equation and get a value. The multiple regression correlation coefficient is equal to .871. The most regression coefficient is policy and practice (X3) (B = .768), followed by people factor (X1) (B = .441), Environmental factors (X2) (B = .183), which is statistically significant at the level of .05. The correlation coefficient of regression in the form of a standard score (β) is equal to .813, .451 and .185.
