Leadership of Community Development of the Officiai Monks in Na Fai Subdistrict Mueang District Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract

The research aims to: 1. Study the leadership level in community development of the Officiai monks in Na Fai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province.
2. Compare people's opinions on the community development leadership of the Officiai monks in Na Fai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province. and
3. Presenting the community development leadership of the Officiai monks in Na Fai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province. The research methodology is a combined research methodology. Qualitative research and quantitative research. The tools used are questionnaires and interviews. Analyze data by determining frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, test hypotheses by t-test and F-test, and analyze data with descriptive interpretation.

The research results found that:

1. The overall level of community development leadership of the Officiai monks is at a high level (=4.05) When classified into each aspect as follows: Promotion of arts and culture (=4.05) People's mental development (=4.05) Public welfare aspect (=4.04) and welfare education (=4.04) 2. The comparison results found that The people with different sex and ages had no different opinions Therefore, the research hypothesis was rejected. As for people with different educations, occupations, and incomes There are different opinions. With statistical significance at the 0.05 level, the research hypothesis was therefore accepted. 3. Results of the presentation found that 1) People's mental development The Officiai monks should preach and teach the people to understand the principles and be able to apply them in their daily lives. 2) Educational assistance The Officiai monks should promote and support the establishment of Sunday Buddhist schools and pre-elementary child training centers in temples. 3) Public welfare The Officiai monks should advise people to pursue appropriate occupations. 4) Promotion of arts and culture The Officiai monks should promote morality and culture. Activities should be organized to reflect the identity of local wisdom.
