The Results of The Application of The 4D Silver Age Business Model of The Health Service System Based on Health Behavior and Participation of 6 Driving Partners To be used in The Pilot Areas of The City Municipality and Subdistrict Municipality of Chaiyaphum Province.

Abstract

The research objectives were 1, to study the results of applying the 4-dimensional Silver Age business model application to the health service system based on health behavior and participation of 6 driving partners to be used in the pilot areas of the city municipality and subdistrict  municipality of Chaiyaphum Province, 2,  to present the policy proposals for the 4-dimension Silver Age of the health service system based on health behavior and participation of 6 driving partners. The total samples were 388 people: 170 male (43.8%),  216 female (55.7%), and   2 unidentified (0.5%). The youngest of 24 years, the oldest of 89 years, average age 59.0 + 11.69  in the areas of Chaiyaphum city, Noen Sa-nga, Thep Sathit, Khon Sawan, Ban Thaen, Nong Bua Daeng, Nong Bua Rawe, Khon San, Bamnet Narong, Phu Khiao, Chatturat, Ban Khwao, Kaset Sombun and Kaeng Khro.

The results found that

1. For the results of the application of the 4-dimension Silver Age business model of the health service system based on health behavior and the participation of 6 driving partners to be used in the pilot areas of the city municipality and subdistrict municipality of Chaiyaphum Province, the application “Silver Age 4D Business model” was important in research which was a health advice tool by giving advice in 4 dimensions: physical health, mental health, social health, and environmental health.
2. The policy proposals are as follows: 1. As for health promotion and disease prevention, comprehensive elderly health service centers are established in every area. 2. As for medical care, a health service system for the elderly is developed at home (home-based care). 3. As for long-term care for the elderly, a care center for the elderly is established.  4.  As for participation of various parties, a health service system for the elderly is established in every area. 5. As for personnel development, the personnel are encouraged have expertise. 6. As for budget, a sufficient budget is allocated. 7. As for legal issues, laws are issued to protect the rights of the elderly. 8. As for research, the research on the health service system is supported and spread. 9. As for  education, the content regarding the elderly health service system is contained in the educational curriculum.
