Four Rddhippada for Moral Cultivation impacts to Core Competencies of the Students in Rattankosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area

The purpose of this study to find 1) moral cultivation according to Four Rddhippada of the management team of Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area 2) core competencies of the student in Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area and 3) moral cultivation according to Four Rddhippada of the management team affecting core competencies of the student in Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area. The samples of this study were the school director, deputy of school director totally in 214 persons. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows:
- Moral cultivation according to Four Rddhippada of the management team was mostly shown as a lot. In each aspect, the results were ranked as Vimongsa, Chant, Persistence, and Chitta, respectively.
- Core competencies of the student in Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area was generally shown as a lot. In each aspect, the results were ranked as Technological Literacy, Life Skills, Problem Solving, Communication Skills, and Thinking Flow, respectively.
- Moral cultivation according to Four Rddhippada of the management team was significantly affected to core competencies of the student in Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area at .01 level of statistical significance shown as Z′y = .347 (X4)
