Including being able to cure diseases for everyone, whether they are children, adults or people with emotional disorders from the past that we have known music. and was also found to have great healing powers For example, Tibetan people use bells, bowls, and chanting rituals. that also believe that it will help balance our minds Thai people also use prayer. apart from religion It is also a sound wave that helps to calm our mind. when we are sluggish want to be active Just turn on the music and listen to fun, we can wake up. Music has a lot of energy for us and can also be used to deal with stress. because if we listen to relaxing music Our brain activity responds accordingly. and our body will change, such as breathing smoother slower heart rate Normal selection pressure, retinal detachment, muscles are not tense. These positive effects have led us to increasingly study the use of music to treat stress. and also heal the sick body as well
