Abstract

This academic article has two objectives as follows: 1) Strengthening the Buddhist ethical behavior of students and university in the Northern region. Honesty, have the right opinion, sincerity, live by applying moral principles in one's conduct. Harmonious, there is a reason for living recognize and respect the rights of others, ready to listen to the opinions of others respect each other's rights without violating the rights and liberties of others, learning about and understanding the principles of rights and freedoms provided by the Constitution, such as the rights of human freedom. 2) The ethical behavior of university students in the northern region who just wanted have self confidence being responsible, sacrificing, thinking, solving problems, is the confidence to accomplish one thing as intended. they have tolerance to obstacles believe in oneself and often dare to make decisions for himself when problems arise. they are responsible for their duties. the knowledge gained from studying, this article is the Buddhist code of conduct, namely Paratoghosa, consisting of a good environment. Yonisomanasikàra, which must be considered that the thinking should be used correctly. association with good and wise persons is an external component, and a nobility is an internal component. strengthening the Buddhist ethics requires actually promoting the application of the above principles. Some communities have applied them until they have results, such as Chiangmai Tzu Chi School, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. they have applied the principles of Buddhism to be used in teaching and learning in a concrete way, teach to know humanity first. and then add academics, that is, it must be good, morality and good as well.
