Evaluating of Excellent Services About Extending Car Registration by Drive Thru for Tax Process of Chonburi Transportation Office

Abstract
This research on “Evaluating of Excellent Services About Extending Car Registration by Drive Thru for Tax Process of Chonburi Transportation Office”, has three objectives as follows; 1. To study the context and the processes of extending car registration by drive thru for tax process of Chonburi Transportation Office 2. To evaluate the excellent services of extending car registration by drive thru for tax process of Chonburi Transportation Office. 3. To study the developmental approach of Chonburi Transportation Office on extending car registration by drive thru for tax process.
This research is a mixed methodology in the perspective of qualitative research carried by in-depth interview and key informant from purposive sampling of three persons. Content analysis is adopted later after the interview and examination of the quality of the information according to Triangulation method in the perspective of qualitative research. The information of three hundred sixty-seven people as samples are collected and analyzed based on Descriptive Statistics processed by computer package software. Ultimately, in-depth interview and key informant are carried after analyzing information and the results from questionnaires.
As a result of the research, we found out that
- According to the context and the operating conditions of extending car registration by drive thru for tax process of Chonburi Transportation Office, the service has been provided since 2004 to facilitate people as well as to solve traffic problems in the operating area. The analysis concludes that there are seventeen different types of service.
- The overview of excellent services on extending car registration by drive thru for tax process of Chonburi Transportation Office, resulted on the excellent standard (=4.00, S.D.= 0.61) The satisfaction in the service resulted excellent (=4.08, S.D.= 0.70), following by the satisfaction in the processes of the service resulted excellent (=3.96, S.D.= 0.71)
The satisfaction in personnel resulted excellent (=3.96, S.D.= 0.71) and The satisfaction in facilities also resulted excellent (=3.94, S.D.= 0.70)
- According to the developmental approach of Chonburi Transportation Office on extending car registration by drive thru for tax process, we would suggest that the importance of career path should be emphasized by providing conferences, developing the knowledge of the officers and personnels, improving the path of the service to be adequate according to the demand of users, as well as revamping the service to be a specific path in order to be a ready and effective service.
