ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและการคุ้มครองทางสังคมของแรงงานนอกระบบ กรณีศึกษา: พนักงานร้านอาหาร ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชานี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน และคุ้มครองทางสังคมของแรงงานนอกระบบในเขตเทศบาลเมืองวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานร้านอาหารจำนวน 250 ราย รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พนักงานร้านอาหารส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 20–30 ปี ระดับการศึกษาอยู่ระหว่าง ม.1–ม.6 เป็นแรงงานประเภทรายวัน ได้รับค่าจ้างน้อยกว่า 160 บาท ต่อวัน ไม่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมาก่อน และมีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า อายุ และสถานภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์ กับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน

Factors Related to the Quality of Work Life and Social Protection of Informal Workers: A Case Study of the Restaurant Employees in Warinchamrab Municipality, Ubon Ratchathani Province

The objectives of this research were to study the quality of work life and social protection of informal workers in Warinchamrab Municipality, Ubon Ratchathani. Data was collected through interviews of a sample group of 250 restaurant employees and data analysis was validated by means of descriptive and deductive statistics. Results revealed that most restaurant employees were females aged 20 to 30. Their education was at primary and high school levels. Most of them were paid daily, received less than 160 baht per day, and had no work experience. Most of the workers used the government health scheme. Their quality of work life was at the medium level. The study revealed that age was conversely related to the quality of work life and those of single status had a higher quality of work life than those who were married.
