บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้นำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานและวิเคราะห์บทบาทบัณฑิตอาสาในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กและเยาวชนบ้านจลาโก ตำบลมะนังดาลำ อำเภอสายบุรี จังหวัดปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บัณฑิตอาสา 1 คน พี่เลี้ยงบัณฑิตอาสา 2 คน เยาวชนอายุ 15-18 ปี จำนวน 5 คน ผู้นำชุมชน 3 คน ผู้หญิง 7 คน ผู้สูงอายุ 5 คน ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ใช้คือ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ การสนทนากลุ่ม การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการทำงานของบัณฑิตอาสาในโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเด็กและเยาวชน พบว่า บัณฑิตอาสามีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาโจทย์การพัฒนาและการออกแบบกิจกรรมร่วมกับคนในชุมชน ได้แก่ กิจกรรมให้เยาวชนเยี่ยมผู้สูงอายุ การแข่งกีฬา การจัดตั้งกลุ่มเด็กและเยาวชนเพื่อทำกิจกรรมจิตอาสา เช่น การทำความสะอาด กุโบร์ จนเกิดกิจกรรมอย่างน้อย 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการสานความสัมพันธ์ 2) ด้านภูมิปัญญา 3) ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง 4) ด้านความรู้และทักษะ
