อิทธิพลของคุณลักษณะของงานและแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลการเรียนออนไลน์ในธุรกิจโรงแรม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของงานและแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์กับประสิทธิผลการเรียนออนไลน์ในธุรกิจโรงแรม และ 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของคุณลักษณะของงานและแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลการเรียนออนไลน์ในธุรกิจโรงแรม การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงานของโรงแรมขนาดใหญ่ระดับห้าดาวแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย จำนวน 330 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พนักงานมีความเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะของงาน แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ และประสิทธิผลการเรียนออนไลน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก นอกจากนี้คุณลักษณะของงานมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิผลการเรียนออนไลน์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (r = 0.44) และแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิผลการเรียนออนไลน์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างต่ำ (r = 0.38) 2) คุณลักษณะของงานด้านความหลากหลายทางทักษะ ความมีอิสระของงาน และผลสะท้อนกลับของงาน และแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ด้านความต้องการความสำเร็จและความต้องการอำนาจ มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิผลการเรียนออนไลน์ ในขณะที่แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ด้านความต้องการความผูกพันมีอิทธิพลเชิงลบต่อประสิทธิผลการเรียนออนไลน์ของพนักงาน
