The Development of Presentation Skills and Teamwork Competencies using the CIPPA MODEL Learning Management With Community-Based Learning for Students at High Vocational Certificate Level

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the data presentation speaking ability of Higher Vocational Certificate students after learning management using the CIPPA Model combined with Community-Based Learning, compared with the 70 percent criterion. 2) study the teamwork competencies of higher vocational certificate students. The sample consisted of 22 Higher Vocational Certificate students in the Mechanical Technical Industry Department at Phichit Technical College during the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The research instruments included: 1) Learning management plans to improve presentation skills and teamwork capabilities using the CIPPA MODEL learning management approach in conjunction with community-based learning management for students at the advanced vocational certificate level,
with a total of 4 plans 2) a data presentation speaking ability assessment form for Higher Vocational Certificate students, and 3) a teamwork competency assessment form for Higher Vocational Certificate students. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation,and t-test. The research findings revealed that:

               1) The data presentation speaking ability of Higher Vocational Certificate students after learning management using the CIPPA Model combined with Community-Based Learning was significantly higher than the 70 percent criterion at the .05 level of statistical significance.

               2) The teamwork competency of Higher Vocational Certificate students after learning management using the CIPPA Model combined with Community-Based Learning was overall at a good level or higher, with a mean score of 4.42 and a standard deviation of 0.15.
