Project Evaluation Moral Organization for the School Group in Kosamphi Nakhon District under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the moral organization Project evaluation moral organization for the School Group in Kosamphi Nakhon district under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1   and to find ways to develop the moral organization Project evaluation moral organization for the School Group in Kosamphi Nakhon district under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instruments consist of 1) a 5-point rating scale questionnaire for school administrators, teachers, educational personnel, and students, and 2) a semi-structured interview regarding the issues of the moral organization project of the group of schools in the Kosampheng District, under the Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.The statistics used in data analysis include percentages (%), means (s), standard deviations (m), and content analysis through frequency distribution (f). The research findings revealed that:

            1) The evaluation of the Moral Organization Project of the Kosampheng Nakhon District School Group, under the Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, which included the assessment of contextual factors, input factors, operational processes, and outputs from school administrators, teachers, educational personnel, and students, found that the overall average was at a high level 2) The development guidelines for the Moral Organization Project of the Kosampheng Nakhon District School Group, under the Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, found that the development guidelines in terms of context, input factors, operational processes, and outputs should have studied the current situation and issues of promoting morality among students. They recognized the importance of the project by allocating sufficient budget, appointing capable personnel, and continuously monitoring and evaluating the moral organization project.
