Abstract

The study titled “The Approach to Educational Management through Modern Technology at Phra Pariyattidhamma Phromwachirayan School, Wat Yannawa, Sathorn District, Bangkok” has three objectives: (1) to study the problems in educational management at Phromwachirayan Monastic School, Wat Yannawa, (2) to study the current usage of modern technology in educational management at the school, and (3) to study guidelines for enhancing educational management using modern technology. The research instrument used was in-depth interviews. Key informants included five teachers from the general education department, ten students, and three educational experts, all selected through purposive sampling.

The research findings showed the following: first, the problems in educational management at Phromwachirayan Monastic School can be categorized into five areas: (1) teachers and instructors, (2) educational media and equipment, (3) financial support, (4) educational facilities and the learning environment, and (5) learners, second, the current implementation of modern technology in the school's educational management includes the use of modern teaching devices, various digital media in instructional processes, and multiple online learning platforms by teachers, and finally, the proposed guidelines for improving educational management through modern technology include: (1) enhancing overall educational management practices, (2) increasing instructors' technological proficiency, (3) maintaining up-to-date instructional resources, and (4) encouraging the development of skills in digital tools, including video production, infographic design, and educational applications
