Development of Creative Processes for Diversity of Cambodian Cultural Ambassasors for Intearated Buddhism

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are: 1.To study universal culture and Cambodian culture. 2.To examine the development of a creative process that enhances the diversity of Cambodian cultural ambassadors. 3.To propose the development of a creative process that promotes the diversity of Cambodian cultural ambassadors.This is a qualitative study conducted through in-depth interviews with a target group of 10 Cambodian cultural ambassadors. The research tool used was an in-depth interview, organized in a descriptive manner.

The study found that cultural diversity is a crucial factor in fostering understanding and cooperation among nations. Developing processes that promote cultural diversity is a valuable approach. The creative process designed to support the role of Cambodian cultural ambassadors aims to ensure the sustainability of their role and peaceful relationships between diverse cultures.

Furthermore, the development of creative activities to enhance cultural diversity among Cambodian cultural ambassadors involves integrating Buddhist principles with diverse cultural practices to foster understanding in a multicultural society. The key approaches include Trisikkha (morality, concentration, and wisdom) to maximize benefits for communities and society as a whole, ultimately leading to sustainable development. The BRTOE Model is introduced as a means to help preserve Buddhism and Cambodian culture for future generations.
