บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและศึกษากระบวนการย้อมสีเส้นฝ้ายด้วยวัสดุธรรมชาติที่เหมาะสมของบ้านสนามบิน ตำบลอุ่มจาน อำเภอกุสุมาลย์ จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ประชากรและกลุ่มเป้าหมาย รวม 20 ราย ประกอบด้วย คณะกรรมการกลุ่มอาชีพทอผ้ามัดหมี่บ้านสนามบิน ผู้นำชุมชน ผู้แทนจากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลอุ่มจาน และผู้แทนจากสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชนอำเภอกุสุมาลย์ จังหวัดสกลนคร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แหล่งทรัพยากรธรรมชาติของบ้านสนามบิน ที่มีวัสดุธรรมชาติสามารถนำมาใช้ในการย้อมสีเส้นฝ้าย แบ่งเป็น 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ วัสดุธรรมชาติภายในชุมชน วัสดุธรรมชาติที่พบในป่าชุมชน และวัสดุที่พบบริเวณแหล่งน้ำสาธารณะ 2) กระบวนการย้อมสีเส้นฝ้ายด้วยวัสดุธรรมชาติที่เหมาะสมของบ้านสนามบิน มี 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ กระบวนการเตรียมเส้นฝ้ายก่อนการย้อมสี กระบวนการเตรียมสีย้อมเส้นฝ้ายจากวัสดุธรรมชาติ กระบวนการย้อมสีเส้นฝ้ายจากวัสดุธรรมชาติ กระบวนการย้อมสารช่วยติดสี และเส้นฝ้ายย้อมสีจากวัสดุธรรมชาติ
