Publication Ethics
Journal of community development and life quality is published by Upper Northern Research Administration Network. It is a channel for disseminating knowledge and ideas in a form of a presentation, academic articles, research, opinions and reviews. Dissemination of technology academic knowledge helps to develop the founding of communities, to create a positive impact on the local communities and to be used for other academic purposes. To make it comply with international publication standards, this is guidelines and publication ethics of journal operations for each role.


Author Roles
1. The authors must clearly certify that the work submitted has not been published in any other source before and is not others’ work.
2. The authors must not misrepresent or make false information.
3. Any text that is used in the author's work should be referenced correctly by including at the end of the article
4. The authors must write research articles or academic articles in the correct format specified by the journal.
5. The authors whose names appear in the article must be a participant in the research and truly contribute to the research.
6. The authors must identify funding sources of the research and conflicts of interest within the article.
7. The article that does not pass the review shall be lost. It cannot be reassessed or presented again under any circumstances even after revisions to the reviewer's evaluation.


Editor Roles
1. Editors must scrutinize and consider the quality of the articles for publishing in the journal of their responsibility.
2. Editors must not disclose the information of the author and reviewer to anyone under any circumstances.
3. Editors must select articles for publication which already passed the evaluation process.
4. Editors must not publish articles that have been previously published at other sources of publication.
5. Editors must not reject an article using their personal feelings.
6. Editors must not have conflicts of interest with the authors, assessors and the editorial board.

 

Reviewer Roles
1. The reviewers must maintain confidentiality and not disclose the information of the article to anyone during the period of article review.
2. If the reviewers realize that they may have a conflict of interest with the author of the article that receive from the editor, they should reject the article review. For example, the reviewers were project participants or know the author personally which make it impossible to provide feedback independently.
3. The reviewers must evaluate the article that in their area of expertise.
4. The reviewers must evaluate and criticize the academic content and provide a detailed academic comment that will be of benefit to the author of the article.
5. If any part of the article is identical or duplicate with any other work, the reviewers must notify the editor immediately.

 

Ethics in Human and Animal Research

The authors must submit evidence from the Institute Research Ethics Committee or other related agencies in case that the research involves human participants and animals.
