Factors Related to the Operations of High-Performing Community Enterprises in Tha Wang Pha District, Nan Province

Abstract
This research aimed to study factors influencing the operation of community enterprises. The population consisted of members of “good-level, high-performing” community enterprises in 2024. A sample of 183 members was determined using the Taro Yamane formula at the 0.05 level of significance. Data were collected through questionnaires between November 2024 and April 2025, using simple random sampling by a lottery method. The statistics used for analysis included percentages, means, ranking, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that most members were female, with an average age of 53.61 years and a primary education level. The average membership duration was 4.07 years, household labor averaged 2.57 persons, and training participation averaged 1.23 times per year. The average annual household income was 262,084 baht, and the average debt was 98,207 baht. Multiple regression analysis revealed that membership duration and education level significantly affected the operational performance of community enterprise members in Tha Wang Pha District, Nan Province, at the 0.05 level of significance, explaining 18.0% of the variance (R2 = 0.180).
