Developing Community Learning Resources in the Modern World

Abstract
This article aims to present ideas for developing community learning centers in the modern era, which are crucial for helping learners adapt to rapid changes in today’s world. Modern learning centers integrate both physical and online spaces, and developing these centers and learning networks is essential for supporting lifelong learning in communities. Flexible learning management and activities tailored to learners' needs are key. The proposed guidelines for developing learning centers are summarized as follows: 1) Understand the process of developing learning centers. 2) Study the social capital and potential of local communities. 3) Select sites forlearning centers. 4) Define development strategies for learning centers with participation from community leaders. 5) Implement the development of learning centers according to the established strategies. 6) Coordinate with individuals, organizations, or network partners to support and enhance the learning centers based on their potential and readiness. 7) Evaluate the outcomes of the community learning center development.
