Development of the Joyful Banana-chip Product and Packaging of Ban Rai Oi Community, Rai Oi Subdistrict, Phichai District, Uttaradit Province

Abstract
The objective of this research is to develop and improve the quality and standards of the delightful banana products, and learn the lessons from the group of delightful banana product producers to help improve product qualities for the entrepreneurs in the community. The main sources of information were 30 members of the professional group of community sugar cane plantation product producers, and practical training sessions for developing packaging for their products. In-depth interviews using a semi-structured interview format, data analysis through synthesis, and interpretation of data from in-depth interviews, as well as quantitative data collection through surveys, were used. The appropriateness of the prototype products, academic knowledge, and data analysis using statistical software werwe employed. The research findings indicate that the development of the quality of delightful banana products aligns with packaging standards, enabling the products to be ready for distribution to both offline and online entrepreneurs, in response to current purchasing trends. This serves as a guideline to drive the development of community products in the future.
