Development of Key Success Factors for Participative Co-op Education Model

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study competency, complement, condition, attribute, achievement indicator of creating the participative co-op education to success development, and introduction the participative co-op education to success development model study. This research is to mixed methodology between quantitative research and qualitative research for the participative co-op education to success development model. The research had been operated completely in proceeding which introduced “12 key success factors participative co-op education model” with the interpretation as follows: 1) Top management support, 2) Co-op mission, 3) Organization management, 4) Knowledge management, 5) Co-op schedule/strategy plan, 6) Stakeholder acceptance, 7) Consultation, 8) Communication, 9) Resource management, 10) Net working, 11) Troubleshooting and 12) Monitoring evaluation & feedback
