บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรพื้นถิ่น 2) เพื่อถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรพื้นถิ่น และ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรพื้นถิ่นของชุมชนบ้านป่าคาใหม่ การวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการศึกษาแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากตัวแทนจากสมาชิก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้เครื่องมือ ได้แก่ แบบสอบสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพร และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี เก็บข้อมูลโดยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรพื้นถิ่นพบว่า ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ จำนวน 2 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ ลูกประคบสมุนไพรแบบแห้ง และน้ำมันนวดสมุนไพร ผลการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์พบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการสามารถพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถนำความรู้และทักษะที่ได้รับไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการประกอบอาชีพและสร้างรายได้ในอนาคต ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ พบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
