บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยใช้ประชากรจากสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนระดับดี ในปี พ.ศ. 2567 กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 183 ราย โดยสูตร ทาโร ยามาเน ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล ระหว่างเดือน พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2567 - เมษายน พ.ศ. 2568 สุ่มอย่างง่ายด้วยวิธีจับฉลาก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การจัดอันดับ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 53.61ปี จบการศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษา มีระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกเฉลี่ย 4.07 ปี แรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2.57ราย ได้รับการอบรมด้านการดำเนินงานเฉลี่ย 1.23ครั้ง/ปี มีรายได้ในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 262,084 บาท/ปี หนี้สินเฉลี่ย 98,207 บาท/ปี เมื่อนำไปวิเคราะห์ด้วยการถดถอยพหุคูณพบว่าระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน และ ระดับการศึกษา มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอำเภอท่าวังผา จังหวัดน่าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ที่ร้อยละ 18.0 (R2 = 0.180)
