บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างศักยภาพทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวและการรับรู้ทุนทางวัฒนธรรมในแหล่งท่องเที่ยว และกำหนดรูปแบบการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยววัฒนธรรมชุมชนต้นแบบ อ.นาโยง จ.ตรัง งานวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ใช้เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามจำนวน 273 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงคุณภาพ พบว่า ศักยภาพของทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านท่องเที่ยวโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ( =3.81) และมีการรับรู้ทุนทางวัฒนธรรมในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ( =3.49) ด้านการพัฒนาความคิด ด้านการพัฒนาความรู้ ทักษะในการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการรับรู้ทุนทางวัฒนธรรมทั้งด้านทุนทางวัฒนธรรมที่จับต้องได้และที่จับต้องไม่ได้ (r = 0.552**, P < 0.01 r = 0.387**, P < 0.01 และ r = 0.357**, P < 0.01 ตามลำดับ) รูปแบบในการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนา สร้างขีดความสามารถ โดยส่งเสริมพัฒนาความคิด ความรู้ ทักษะงาน การบริหารจัดการและอบรมให้ความรู้ทุนทางวัฒนธรรมที่จับต้องไม่ได้
