การจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนของประชาชนเทศบาลตำบลขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนของประชาชน 2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนของประชาชน และ
3) สังเคราะห์ข้อเสนอแนะกิจกรรมการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชน จำนวน 382 ครัวเรือน และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย จำนวน 37 คน ในพื้นที่เทศบาลตำบลขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการ และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประชาชนขาดการสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์ในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือน และกลไกส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์ขยะมูลฝอยยังไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ประชาชนมีการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนภาพรวมระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.18 ± 0.32) โดยมีปัจจัยอายุ (r= - 0.112, P–value = 0.046) และปัจจัยรายได้เฉลี่ยของครัวเรือนต่อเดือน (r= 0.146, P–value = 0.011) มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ทั้งนี้ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเสนอแนะกิจกรรมการสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์ในการรองรับและรวบรวมขยะมูลฝอยที่คัดแยกได้ การใช้ประโยชน์ขยะมูลฝอยทั้งการสร้างรายได้และการใช้ประโยชน์ด้านการเกษตร และการเสริมสร้างความรู้การใช้ประโยชน์ขยะมูลฝอยให้กับประชาชน
