บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นและกระบวนการในการเตรียมความพร้อมของชุมชนสำหรับรองรับการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนตำบลน้ำหมาน อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลย ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี เครื่องมือคือ แบบสอบถาม ประชากรคือ ชาวบ้านตำบลน้ำหมาน 4,040 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการเปิดตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 357 คน ใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย
ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า PNI modified ส่วนการศึกษากระบวนการในการเตรียมความพร้อม
แบ่งเป็น 4 กระบวนการคือ 1) Decision making: กระบวนการ Appreciation-Influence-Control (AIC)
2) Implementation: วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3) Benefits: ใช้การสนทนากลุ่ม 4) Evaluation: ประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความต้องการจำเป็นในการเตรียมความพร้อมรับการท่องเที่ยวมีความต้องการจำเป็นพบว่า ด้าน Benefits พบเป็นลำดับแรก ค่า PNI modified = 0.93 ด้านกระบวนการในการเตรียมความพร้อม ระยะที่ 1 Decision making ระยะที่ 2 Implementation ระยะที่ 3 Benefits และระยะที่ 4 Evaluation พบว่าควรเตรียมความพร้อมใน 3 ด้านคือ 1) การเตรียมความพร้อมของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว 2) การเตรียมสินค้าชุมชน 3) การเตรียมความพร้อมบ้านพักหรือโฮมสเตย์
