Development of a Remedial Model for Members of Farmer Reconstruction and Development Fund, Samutprakarn Province

Abstract

This research aims to study the situation of farmers' rehabilitation and development.
To study factors influencing farmers' rehabilitation and development. And to develop the pattern of restoration of farmers who are members of the Samutprakarn Farmers Revitalization Fund. Mixed-type research Using quantitative research and qualitative research together. Collect data by questionnaire. In-depth interviews, a meeting, and discussion groups. Study of specific samples based on research objectives were 179 members of the Provincial Fund for Reconstruction and Development that have been already managed their debts, 10 sub-committees and 7 experts.
It brings field data to synthesize and content presentation.

The research found that: 1) The condition of the farmers' rehabilitation was not successful. While the state has no concrete policy to solve the problem of farmers. 2) Factors influencing the rehabilitation and development of the farmers are the state policy of neglecting the rehabilitate mission. Fund Management cannot be managed as planned. And the agricultural process is rapidly decreasing in both of agricultural area and path lives. 3) Farmer revival patterns.
