Abstract

The annual follow-up and evaluation of Satun Province Administrative Organization’s development plan in 2015 aimed at assessing context, working process and product. The purposive sampling was employed to select 119 projects from 11 strategies, 36 projects and 1,100 people.


  1. The assessment of context in terms of fundamental factors revealed that staff, the number of staff, budget and action plan, project management was appropriate. The participation of team was at a high level. The problems were the delay of budget. There was a low and limitedly budget at the beginning of the year. This case made an inactive order from the executor.

  2. The assessment of process indicated that the project completion time, cooperation with other organizations, public relations for projects/activities, the use of budget were appropriate. People participation was at a high level. Obstacles were ineffective budgeting use.

3. The assessment of product revealed that 74.8 percent of the project has been completed and 73.1 percent of the budgeting has been used in the project. The paying budget was 62.3 percent. The awareness of the success, the changes of life styles and the satisfactory level of people was at a high level.
