The Influence of Organization Factors on Human Resource Management for Subcontract Worker Equality by The Perception of Human Resource Management Staff in Laemchabang Industrial Estate

Abstract

       This research aimed to study the human resource management levels for subcontract workers equality, as well as the viewpoint levels towards the organization factors, as perceived by human resource management staff in Laemchabang Industrial Estate, including the influence of organization factors on human resource management for subcontract worker equality. The samples were 88 human resource management staff who have experience from 3 years onwards and worked in Laemchabang Industrial Estate. Convenience sampling was employed for this study, and questionnaires were used for data collections.


       The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression. The results revealed that the totally human resource management levels for equality for subcontract were rated at a high level. Regarding the viewpoint levels towards the organization factors as perceived by human resource management staff, three aspects were rated at high level:  organization policy, leader, and organizational culture. For the influence of organization factors on human resource management for subcontract worker equality, the results showed the organizing of staff group and leader had influence on the human resource management for subcontract workers equality in Laemchabang Industrial Estate.
