Abstract

This article to study the perpetual contact of paraplegic patients during various periods of illness. From the beginning of illness Paralyzed patients feel that time is meaningless, flat, with no rhythm in each day. The time has collapsed into a smooth as eternity. Over time, the patient develops sense of time as part of the adaptive process to make life as durable, targeted, and time-rhythmic. There are two ways of manage time awareness. managing time in daily life and managing time in a long term. Conclusion This preliminary study aims to demonstrate that spatial and temporal experiences of paralytic patients are the result of knowledge / power of building. multiple connections and at the same time, I want to explore the struggles of patients who aspire to set a life goal. There is hope and timing in various ways through field work by talking to paralyzed patients who can not walk in the community in Bangkok area.
