The objectives of this research are to determine 1) Good Governance Administration of Educational Institutions under the Ratchaburi Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, and 2) guidelines for Good Governance Administration of Educational Institutions under the Ratchaburi Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. the sample group consists of 108 individuals, including school directors, government teachers, general government employees, volunteer teachers, and district-level non-formal education teachers. the research tools used include questionnaires and semi-structured interviews focusing on the Good Governance Administration of Educational Institutions under the Ratchaburi Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. the statistical methods used in the research are frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research findings indicate that: 1. The administration based on Good Governance Administration of Educational Institutions under the Ratchaburi Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement of Learning Promotion was, overall, at a high level. When considered by aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. Ranked in descending order by their arithmetic mean scores, they are: the Principle of Equity, the Principle of Participation/Consensus-oriented, the Principle of Effectiveness, the Principle of Decentralization, the Principle of Rule of Law, the Principle of Efficiency, the Principle of Transparency, the Principle of Ethics, the Principle of Responsiveness, and the Principle of Accountability, respectively. 2. There are 10 guidelines for developing Good Governance Administration of Educational Institutions under the Ratchaburi Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement of learning encouragement management according to the principles of good governance for administrators of educational institutions under the ratchaburi provincial office of learning encouragement as follows.
