LEARNING ORGANIZATION OF WATPURANAWAS SCHOOL

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to determine: 1) Learning organization of Watpuranawas School 2) The development guideline of learning organization of Watpuranawas School. The population were 69 personnels of Watpuranawas School which included 1 school director, 1 assistant director, 5 heads of departments which consist head of Thai Language, Arts, Health and Physical Education, Career and Technology, Science and 62 teachers. The research tools were an opinionaire and a structured interview. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The results found.

1. The learning organization of Watpuranawas school and each aspect were at high level. Sorted by arithmetic means, in decending order, personnel mastery, systems thinking, mental models, shared vision and team learning.

2. There were developmental guidelines of learning organization of Watpuranawas school. There are 17 ways to develop and administrator should : 1) involve and decide in some situation 2) promote in creative work by themselves 3) corporate to solve in every situation 4) set a meeting for personnels 5) promote and develop work by themselves 6) open mind to opinions 7) support for higher education 8) analyze problems and solve problem 9) organize training on use of innovation in teaching and learning 10) encouraged to share experience 11) explain of various issue that continuously in the organization 12) promote working at full capacity 13) reinfore always.For development of organization personnels should : 14) perform quality work for high quality 15) analyze and prioritize work   16)follow up on student results regularly 17) train for development of teaching and learning.
