Abstract

                The purpose of this research was to determine; Phrapariyattidhamma school identities of Chinese Buddhist sects. The research methodology used Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research. The key informants were 21 experts comprising of 7 groups; 1) school director, 2) abbot, 3) Executive Chinese Buddhist sect, 4) Teachers and educational personnel, 5) School Board, 6) Alumni, and 7) The stakeholder who involved with Phrapariyattidhamma school. The instruments for collecting the data were unstructured interview and questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were Mode, Median, Interquartile range. and content analysis.

                The finding of this research was shown that :

                Phrapariyattidhamma school identities of Chinese Buddhist sects composed of 10 dimensions with 90 variables; 1) School site and environmental management: 7 variables, 2) Qualifying administrators, teachers, students: 10 variables, 3) The patronage of the community: 7 variables, 4) Promoting the use of Chinese language in the course Phrapariyattidhamma school: 10 variables, 5) Focusing on the principles of Mahayana Buddhism: 10 variables, 6) Community participation in management.: 10 variables, 7) Promoting the culture and Chinese tradition: 10 variables, 8) Enhancing on public mind : 10 variables 9) Monitoring : 6 variables, 10) Evaluating and Reporting : 10 variables, and 10) Enhancing on public mind : 10 variables
