THE CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT IN ENRICHMENT PROGRAM OF SCIENCE MATHEMATICS TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT

The purposes of this research were to determine : 1) the factors of Classroom management in Enrichment Program of Science Mathematics Technology and Environment 2) the practice guidelines of Classroom management in Enrichment Program of Science Mathematics Technology and Environment 3) the confirmation of the factors of Classroom management in Enrichment Program of Science Mathematics Technology and Environment. The population in this research were secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education with the total of 220 schools. The samples were 140 schools. The respondents in each school were the director, head of project teacher and a teacher of school board totally 420 respondents. The instruments for collecting the data were semi-structural interview form opinionnaires and questionnaire. The statistics for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, and content analysis.
The findings were as follows. The findings revealed that : 1)The factors of Classroom management in Enrichment Program of Science Mathematics Technology and Environment were 13 factors namely : (1) Recruitment and Selection Student (2) Student Governance (3) Classroom Media usage (4) Determining the evaluation method (5) Student Activities Development (6) Personality Teacher Development (7) Specialized Teacher Development (8) Creating Atmosphere (9) Physical Environment (10) Teacher selection (11) Creating a Learning Support Network (12) Student Participation (13) Teaching by course 2) The practice guidelines of Classroom management in Enrichment Program of Science Mathematics Technology and Environment for those 13 factors were 72 alternatives 3) The experts confirmed factors of Classroom management in Enrichment Program of Science Mathematics Technology and Environment were accuracy, propriety, feasibility, and utility standards.
